My Garden

It is summer time and the garden in in full bloom. I believe this year I am truly enjoying what it means to be a gardener. The joy of bring life into a forgotten garden and seeing it unfold before my eyes. I have not spent a lot of money this year on garden supplies but instead have used what nature had discarded. Leave have been turned into compost. Branches and limbs have been used to border the beds. I have left the wild strawberries in the flower bed instead of weeding them out. It give a great look. Splashed of even more reds on the floor of the bed with their beautiful shaped leaves. You would not know it to look at this garden today but it was almost gone. Behind every garden is a story.
