Oh man, that is all I can say! You know when you get an idea and that lights a fire in what you want to do and create? Well that is what happened to me. I have always wanted to find out how to create backgrounds for use on blogs (or I should say blogger) That is what this particular background was created for. (you can view this in use on my other blog: A Photo Blog A Day by Jeweled Frog I love the feel of this behind all the old barns and roads that are featured there! I put the little bird on the background to add some little point of interest! Now the torn paper was a freebie from the Graphics Fairy! So was the Bird. I created the background in PhotoShop CS2 and gave it an aged look by various brush work and burn tool in order to give it a cohesive look. The outcome was fantastic I believe. Here is the link that was fantastic for giving instructions to editing your background "A Day in the Life of Creating Your Own Blog Background". Now since I received this for free and this is my first background I will offer it back into the pool for those who would like to use it for their blogs here on blogger.
